Day two of our Disneyland days was spent entirely in California Adventure. We aren't really the "swap parks in the middle of the day" types. That's waaay too much walking. ;)

There were a lot more rides in CA Adventure that Ari wasn't tall enough for. I can't even explain well enough just how good she was while waiting. And usually she had to wait once with Shane and then once again with me while we did the rider switch pass for parents. She did great and is such a sweetheart!

It was the first time for all of us to see the newish Cars Land. It was so cool!!

We let the kids get super wet (and we joined in as well). I knew we'd be dry sooner than we wanted, but it was nice while it lasted. :)

Another new ride was an Ariel one. All of our kids LOVED it, so we actually went on it three times in a row (again, no wait time! Yay!).

It was a really cool ride and we definitely ended up on it again before the end of the day. ;)

Kaden was finally tall enough to go on California Screamin', but neither of the girls were. We decided to have Shane take Kaden because I scream a TON on rollercoasters and Kaden was nervous enough as it was. Shane said that Kaden was completely terrified on the ride, but afterwards Kaden told me that it was fun. Although he didn't want to ride it again with me. ;)
Since it was Ari's first visit to Disneyland we wanted to do a character dining meal. I'm not sure how long the girls will be obsessed with princesses, so we did a lunch date with the princesses at Ariel's Grotto. Kaden didn't want to be in the pictures with princesses. haha

I didn't get pictures of the actual food because it was gone before I remembered to take a picture. It was really good as well! Shane got Mahi-mahi and I got tri-tip (and I don't normally like steak) with mashed potatoes and veggies. It was delicious!

It was expensive, but worth it at least once while they're little. That one-on-one time with each princess was so awesome for Lexi.
While we waited for it to cool off some more, I made sure we got into Disney Junior Live.

Then we headed to the Tower of Terror. We may or may not have left what kind of a ride out before Kaden and Lexi headed inside with Shane. ;)

Kaden and Lexi both said they might do that one again next time we come, but not again that day. hahaha
The only ride we needed a Fastpass for was the Cars racers one. We were able to do a rider switch here as well since Ari is just so short!

The Grizzly River Run had been broken all day, but it opened right after we were done in Cars Land. We headed over and Ari waited once again while I took Kaden and Lexi on it. Kaden LOOOOVED the river run and says that that was his favorite ride of both parks. Lexi did NOT love getting so wet (she even had a poncho!) and wouldn't go again with the rider switch pass with Shane and Kaden.
Another time on Ariel and that was it for day two! The last day will be posted a bit later!
